Abstract
A method of integral manifolds is applied to study of threetempo nonlinear systems. The use of this method permits us to solve a problem of decomposition of three-rate controllable and observable systems. Local controllability, local observability and stabilisability of these systems is investigated. The application of the method is illustrated on example.
