Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of industrial accidents and improvement measures through systematic literature review, and to present guidelines for health care workers to work in a safer and healthier workplace based on the contents derived from the systematic literature review.BRBRBackground: Previous studies on the characteristics of occupational accidents in health care workers have consisted of musculoskeletal diseases, infections, chemical-induced occupational cancers, and skin diseases, but systematically organized studies are insufficient.BRBRMethod: The research was conducted on articles searched on June 29, 2021 in databases such as Pubmed, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect using the following search formula (
