Abstract

This article deals with the nature of future teachers of Technologies`professional readiness to the use of innovative teaching methods. On the basis of the analysis of the work of scientists in the field of Pedagogy and Psychology author identifies and justifies motivational, cognitive, operational and technological and emotionally-reflective components of readiness of the future teachers of Technologies for the use of innovative teaching methods. A basic content of components of readiness is given in this article. The need innovative educational activities at this stage of education is determined by several factors. Socio-economic changes have affected the updated methodologies and technologies of educational process in educational institutions of different types, rethinking of educational content through changes in the courses, the introduction of new subjects must be made. There is a practical need for training and retraining of teachers for the use and dissemination of good teaching experience. One aspect of this is the training of future teachers to use innovative teaching methods. Professional technological readiness of the future teachers to use innovative teaching in schools is an important part of the innovation competence of the teacher. To analyze the concept of professional commitment to applying innovative teaching methods it should be stressed that readiness is based on the properties that are generated for future Technologies` teachers during their training at pedagogical university. Consideration of these concepts allows more reasonably to define the key concepts that are considered in this article. Thus, innovation in teaching Technologies is a type of vocational and educational interaction between teachers of Technologies and pupils in the technological training based on modern education, information and production technologies to form in recent the readiness for successful entry into independent life in a society, a conscious choice of their future activity . Under Technologies` teacher readiness to use innovative teaching we understand this complex formation of future teachers to accept technology, implementation, improvement and development of innovative teaching in everyday practice of their activities in order to effectively and efficiently solve educational problems and challenges.
