Abstract

The article contains a comparative analysis of the principles of quality assurance of heads of departments professional competence development in communication companies in foreign and domestic scientific literature. It was identified the following principles of quality assurance of heads’ of departments professional competence development in foreign enterprises in communication sector: multi functionality principle of professional competence development; the principle of continuity of professional development; the principle of performance; the principle of innovation; principle is diversification of learning and development policy; principle of use the competence model to design of systems of professional competence development; the system approach to professional competence development; the principle of systematic development of professional competence of heads of departments in communication companies. It was identified the following principles of quality assurance of heads’ of departments professional competence development in domestic enterprises in communication sector: the principle of diversification of forms and methods of pedagogical influence on personnel; the principle of multiplication of experience within the company; the principle of correspondence of heads’ of departments development strategy to actual business strategy. The comparative analysis made it possible to detect significant differences in the principles of quality assurance of heads’ of departments professional competence development in communication companies in foreign and domestic practice, as well as the specifics of the development of professional competencies of this category managers.
