Abstract

Simulation of the pollutants, transfer in the Selenga River basin and the transboundary transfer from the territory of Mongolia share in the total input of pollutants into the Baikal lake have been presented. The calculations have shown that the volume of many pollutants supplied to the Baikal with the Selenga flow from the Mongolian territory does not exceed 30%. The main part of the pollutants volume is forming on the Russian territory (Republic of Buryatia and Transbaikal Kray)
