Abstract

As it is known, functions of the commercial metering of the electric power are mainly performed in the modern automated meter reading and control system (AMRCS). In order to increase of efficiency of AMRCS, decision of problems of diagnostics of conditions and optimization of operating modes of distributive electric networks (DEN) is reasonable in their structure. The problem of identification and location of positions of unauthorized takeoff of the electric power in DEN in the conditions of asymmetry of currents and voltage is formulated in the work. The existing methods of its solution are based on takeoff of the real equivalent scheme of a three-phase network and its full mathematical model that leads to computational complexities at practical implementation of their algorithms. The new method is proposed in the work where simplified scheme of a distributive network and mathematical model of its separate part are applied to location of unauthorized customer. This considerably simplifies procedure of the decision of a problem and reduces volume of computing operations. The offered method can be used for construction of a diagnostic subsystem in AMRCS’ structure.
