Abstract

The problems of dislocation fire station on the oil and gas industry , the analysis of regulations in the area of deployment of fire stations in relation to objects. Use regulations and methods of determination of fire station depot, concluded the need to reorganize the fire station on the oil and gas industry. Analyzed in detail the grounds of one of the oil and gas industry - Ufa refinery «Ufaneftekhim» Defined calculations unprotected under regulations of the manufacturing facilities of the plant and the location of fire stations in the plant at the moment. In the calculations, the technique of the old regulations and of the new regulations. Results showed similar results. Defined desired location of the new fire station at the plant in order to meet regulatory requirements and arrive at a fire at the plant in an earlier time. It is also marked by the result of the calculation of fire station depot at the other refinery –«Novoil». The result of the calculation of fire station depot at the plant is the same as at the «Ufanetfehim». After calculations of fire station depot in refineries concluded that today many factories are located fire stations with violations of regulations in the field of fire safety. Asked to change the structure of the location of fire stations, to have them more often, but with less fire-fighting vehicles in the depot, with a view to a more rapid arrival of a fire engine in the event of a fire.
