Abstract

The conclusion aims the current research to analyze the content of the history books in the Republic of Iraq and in the Kingdom of Bahrain according to the concept of civic education through the following: 1- What are the concepts of civic education that are included in the history book for the sixth grade literary in Iraq . 2- What are the concepts of civic education that included in the history book for the third grade literary secondary in Bahrain 3- comparison between the books history of the sixth grade literary in Iraq and the book of the third secondary literary in Bahrain The researchers adopted the descriptive approach in the current study, and chose the method of analyzing the content in its work procedures, because it is suitable for achieving the objectives of the study, and the research community consists of the book of the history of the Arab countries modern and contemporary sixth grade literary and similar in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the study was made up of the content of the history books, which amounted to (291), the researchers prepared the concepts of civic education formed from (18) a major concept of civil education and (129) where the researchers presented them to the group of the arbitrators To extract its sincerity, and extracted the stability of the analysis tool, it was extracted in two ways, the first re-analysis by the researcher himself in a period of time between one analysis and another, and the second method through the use of two analysts by the first researcher, the ratio of agreement between analysts was high, which is a ratio suitable for the purposes of the study, and the researchers used in extracting the results of content analysis statistical means which are percentages, repeats, and the equation holsty, but the most important results reached by the researchers through Analysis, the number of total ideas indicating the concepts of civic education and national belonging (6037) in both in book (1445) an idea consistent with the concepts of civic education was distributed in both books by (883) ideas in the history book of the sixth grade literary in Iraq (61.10%), while ideas that did not conform and fit with the two concepts amounted to (3970)( 65.76%.)
