Abstract

The textbook outlines issues related to the peculiarities of using digital products in the organization's personnel management system, much attention is paid to the formation of an HR brand and regulation of labor behavior of employees based on the use of technologies based on the basic provisions of the theory of the motivational complex of labor activity. The content of the textbook meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. The discipline "Modern technologies of personnel management" is included in the training complex "Personnel Management" and forms professional competencies for the practical application of modern technologies used in the framework of HR management.
