다크투어리즘 체험이 방문객 만족과 역사인식변화에 미치는 영향: 서대문형무소역사관을 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of dark tourism experience factors(educating, immersing, interesting) in Seodaemun Prison History Hall by analyzing the effects of experience factors on satisfaction and change of historical perception. The survey was conducted from May 20 to June 10 in 2020 by Online survey, the responders included 279. The results of this study provided three findings. Firstly, educating and interesting factors showed positive effect on visitors'' satisfaction, while immersing factor did not. Secondly, educating and immersing factors positively influenced visitors’ changing of historical perception, while interesting factor did not. Finally, visitors'' satisfaction positively influenced visitors’ changing of historical perception. It was the new attempt to identify the moderating effect of dark tourism on the relationship between experience factors and satisfaction, changing of perception which is theoretically and operationally meaningful.
