Abstract

This study applied footstep and one leg stance movement to korea dance subjects and normal people based to explore and compare muscle activity changes of the selected three groups during korea dance movements. It was classified as Traditional dance(n=11) and Creative dance(n=8) and normal(n=8) for Adult women.BR The results of this study are as follows. First, in the footstep movement, the semitendinosus was significantly higher in the traditional dance than in the creative dance and in the normal group. In the vastus lateralis, traditional dance and creative dance were significantly higher than normal group. Creative dance was significantly higher than traditional dance in the gluteus maximus. In gastrocnemius, the traditional dance was higher than the creative dance and the normal group. Second, in the one leg stance movement, the semitendinosus was significantly higher in the traditional dance than in the creative dance and the normal group. In the gluteus maximus, Creative dance was significantly higher than Traditional dance and normal group. In gastrocnemius, traditional dance was significantly higher than creative dance.
