Abstract
The paper discusses the issues related to the devel-opment of professional and moral qualities of future teachers studying in the multicultural environment of the university. A set of organizational and peda-gogical conditions, the compliance of which will contribute to the development of professional and moral qualities of students in pedagogical areas, is determined. Professional and moral qualities and basic components of their development (evaluative-motivational, cognitive, evaluative-reflective compo-nents) are highlighted. The analysis of the practice of educational reality on the example of higher edu-cation in Kaluga city is given. During the study, the author developed the content of a set of conditions and took actions to develop the professional and moral qualities of future teachers, which can be used in the practice of educational institutions (pedagogical colleges, universities, advanced train-ing courses). It is concluded that the means of mul-ticultural education can be pedagogical situations, educational games that promote mutual enrichment of national countries.
