Abstract

Formation of future interpreters’ language personality as the strategy of professional linguistic education The article deals with the problem of forming future interpreters’ language personality as the particular strategy of professional linguistic education. The language personality is considered to be the main factor in creating the education paradigm to improve the quality of the university training in general and interpreters’ training in particular. The three-level concept of a language personality is the basis for forming interpreters’ language personality. Important personal qualities of interpreters are discussed in the article. General didactic principles as well as special ones are the core for the process of forming and development language interpreter personality. The usage of modern technologies and methods has to provide the priority development of future interpreters’ language personality in the process of training at universities.
