Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of the insurance business in Russia in connection with the introduction of international sanctions. The relevance of the research topic is emphasized by the need for interaction of insurance business participants in Russia with foreign companies in the areas of professional activity. The main purpose of the work is to analyze the main problems of the insurance business related to the introduction of international sanctions against Russia. To achieve this goal, the study identifies the causes of confrontation between the main subjects of the insurance business in the process of forming an insurance service, the substantive essence of sanctions against the insurance business in Russia, as well as the options for changing legislation and policy in the field of insurance business. As the main conclusion, the author suggests options for the development of the insurance business in Russia, which allows minimizing the negative impact of sanctions.
