О некоторых неотложных задачах по совершенствованию государственной политики в области стратегического планирования

Abstract

The article discusses the most pressing issues of improving the efficiency of strategic planning in the Russian Federation as the most important element of public administration. It points out that the existing regulatory framework, tools and methodology of strategic planning do not meet the interests of sustainable development and the task set by the President of Russia to ensure a breakthrough in the economy and social life. The authors propose to develop a new strategic goal-setting document, which they call the Russian Federation's Strategic Planning Policy Framework. It is intended to supplement the provisions of the Russian Federation's Strategic Planning Act. They also make specific proposals concerning the substance of this document.
