Abstract
The aim of review : to present the evolution of views of domestic and foreign researchers on hysterical disorder structure and its pathway in endogenous diseases. Method: The keywords "hysterical symptoms; depression; psychopathology; dissociative and conversion disorders; schizophrenia; endogenous diseases were used to source the publications about the problem in Pubmed/ MEDLINE and others databases in last 10 years. Results: various definitions of this phenomenon were presented as well as attempts to determine its place among other psychopathological symptoms, including consideration of the issue of the pathogenetic model currently not having a precise justification. The following basic directions were singled out in the scientific development of the problem: (1) consideration of hysterical disorders as an independent heterogeneous syndrome; (2) studying of a distinct clinical pathomorphosis over the last century; (3) differentiation of hysterical manifestations in the structure of diseases of the affective and schizophrenic spectrum; (4) the problem of differentiation of hysterical symptoms with comorbid diseases.

Резюме Цель: представить эволюцию взглядов отечественных и зарубежных исследователей на структуру и суть истерических. 90 расстройств, различные дефиниции этого феномена и попытки определить его место среди других психопатологических симптомов, а также рассмотреть вопрос патогенетической модели, в настоящее время не имеющей точного обоснования. Метод: по ключевым словам «истерические расстройства; депрессия; психопатология; диссоциативные и конверсионные расстройства, шизофрения; эндогенные заболевания» проведен поиск публикаций в базах PubMed/MEDLINE, РИНЦ и других источниках за последние 10 лет. Результаты: выделены следующие основные направления изучения истерических расстройств при эндогенных заболеваниях: (1) рассмотрение истерических расстройств как обособленного гетерогенного синдрома; (2) изучение клинического патоморфоза; (3) дифференциация истерических проявлений в структуре заболеваний аффективного и шизофренического спектра; (4) проблема коморбидности истерических расстройств с другими проявлениями эндогенных заболеваний.
