دور التعليم الجامعي في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي (جامعة بيشة – دراسة حالة )

Abstract

التعرف على واقع ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات جامعة بيشة في ضوء التحديات الفکرية، وعليه بلورت الباحثة المشکلة في التساؤل الآتي: ما التصور المقترح لتعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات جامعة بيشة في ضوء بعض التحديات الفکرية؟ ويسعى البحث الحالي؛ لتحقيق الأهداف التالية: التعرف على طبيعة ثقافة العمل التطوعي وتحديد التحديات الفکرية المتعلقة بالإشراف غير الرسمي على العمل التطوعي وتحديد التحديات الفکرية المتعلقة بالممارسة غير الرسمية للعمل التطوعي وتحديد التحديات الفکرية المتعلقة بالتمويل غير الرسمي للعمل التطوعي ، واوصت الدراسة لاهتمام بالعمل التطوعي وترسيخه کمفهوم وممارسة في أذهان الطالبات کسلوک وثقافة، حصد وتوثيق المساهمة في هذا الجانب في خدمة مجتمع الجامعة الداخلي والخارجي وتوسيع مجالاته والتنوع في مناشطة وبرامجه التأکيد على أهمية استقطاب المتطوعات من داخل الجامعة وتمکينهم من ممارسة العمل التطوعي بما يتناسب مع شغفهن ومهاراتهن.حث المسئولين بالجامعات ووزارة التعليم على ضرورة الاهتمام بنشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات الجامعات. Identifying the reality of the culture of volunteer work among the students of the University of Bisha in the light of intellectual challenges, and accordingly the researcher crystallized the problem in the following question: What is the proposed scenario for strengthening the culture of volunteer work among the students of the University of Bisha in light of some intellectual challenges? The current research seeks; To achieve the following objectives: Identifying the nature of the culture of volunteering, identifying intellectual challenges related to informal supervision of volunteer work, identifying intellectual challenges related to the informal practice of volunteer work, and identifying intellectual challenges related to informal financing of volunteer work. As behavior and culture, reaping and documenting the contribution in this aspect to serving the university’s internal and external community, expanding its fields and diversity in its activities and programs Emphasizing the importance of attracting female volunteers from within the university and enabling them to practice volunteering in a manner commensurate with their passion and skills.
