Abstract

Looking at the results of a fact-finding survey of freshmen reported annually by domestic universities, the biggest concern of college students is that the problem with their future career and career choice is very large. continues to fall, but there seems to be no fundamental alternative to solve this problem. However, universities are operating work experience courses to help college students in their career and employment, providing help to students in choosing their career path. Therefore, in this study, in order to maximize the effect of the job experience process, the effect of the job experience process on self-leadership and job search efficacy was analyzed. As an analysis method, the characteristics and normality of the sample were confirmed, exploratory factor analysis was performed to verify validity and reliability, and correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between variables. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between the independent variable, the mediating variable, and the dependent variable, and a process macro model was used to find out the mediating effect. As a result of the analysis, a positive (+) causal relationship was found between the job experience process, self-leadership, and job-seeking efficacy, and self-leadership appeared to play a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the job experience process and job-seeking efficacy. This study is the first empirical study to study the causal relationship among college students' job experience process, self-leadership, and job search efficacy. It is necessary to expand to, and it is of academic significance to identify the relationship that increases job search efficacy. Through the results of this study, in designing future university work experience courses, it is expected that empirical grounds will be secured for the establishment of educational systems and policies to strengthen self-leadership of participating students as well as the performance of the program itself. It is foreseeable. In addition, beyond the scope of establishing a career experience course for college students, it is expected that it can be used as basic data for improving the law/system from a policy perspective on the role of schools, companies, and educational authorities.
