Abstract
Еру approaches to the stability assessment of power systems in terms of various scientific theories was explored. The main criteria of stability for energy, economic and social systems was shown. A definition of stability for local electricity systems with different types of sources of energy was given. The distortion arising in local systems and their impact on the stability of systems was analyzed. The limits of stability for these local systems and boundary regimes in which the signal distortion in the network may cause resistance were calculated.
