Abstract

The formalization of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine based on the ontological approach is presented. For this, the following general requirements for the ontology of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine are defined: elements of the ontology must be organized in the form of a hierarchical structure of a finite set of concepts describing a given subject area; the structure of the ontology should be represented by a set of bipartite graphs, the vertices of which are concepts, and the arcs are the semantic relations between them; concepts and relations in the ontology must be interpreted according to the general interpretation functions taken from electronic sources of knowledge of the given subject area; definitions of concepts and relations should be performed on the basis of axioms and limitations of their scope; interpretation functions and axioms must be described in the language of a formal theory. The theoretical foundations for the construction of the ontology of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine are given. It is shown that the ontological methodology is built on the basis of an object-oriented approach, for which the subject application area is described as a set of objects, and the process of interaction between them is by means of semantic linking of statements, statements and judgments. The main stages of building an ontology of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine are considered. It was determined that the construction of the ontology of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine is reduced to a sequential decomposition of the activities of the relevant official. Taking into account the proposed ontology, an ontological model of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine was developed, the main components of which are informational and functional-component models. The difference between the proposed ontological model and the known ones is the consideration of the specificity and essence of the processes of escorting special cargoes by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine.
