Abstract
This study is aims to identify relationship between ego-identity and career maturity of Arts high school students in dance major. For the purpose, 350 sheets of questionnaire were distributed to Arts high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province using the random sampling method. And Total 324 samples are used for final analysis except for 26 cases which were missing some questions or thought to be dishonest. The collected data are computerized using with IBM STATISTICS SPSS 25.0 is applied. and the following results are drawn from carrying out frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, Firstly, the result of the F-test reveal significant differences in ego-identity’s proprioceptive factors among school grade(p<.05) and rhythmic exercise period(p<.05). Secondly, the result of the F-test reveal significant differences at p<.05 level in career maturity’s goal-driven, confidence, independence, determinacy factors among school grade, rhythmic exercise major and rhythmic exercise period. Third, ego-identity variables have significantly and positively influenced on the career maturity at rhythmic exercise (dance major) in Arts high school.
