Abstract

The purpose of this study is to draw the integrated growth principle of church growth and mission through the theological common denominator of two theories by comparing and analyzing the Natural Church Development Theory and the Missional Ecclesiology. The two theories can be understood from different ecclesiological perspectives, but they are the ecclesiology that pursue growth and mission for the kingdom of God. Accordingly, the relationship between church growth and mission from the perspective of kingdom of God should be understood as an ‘Evangelical Orbit.’ The principle of integrated growth derived through this study is the theological foundation that pursues the ontological essence of the church and enables the growth and mission of the church.
