Abstract
当前企业处于经济全球化的推动与文化差异背景下,系统的研究员工心理资本是全面了解和掌控企业人力资源的重要手段和提出相应管理对策的关键点。基于国内外心理资本现状研究的综合回顾,归纳与梳理了心理资本的界定、维度及测量方法。从个体和组织两个层面,分别探讨员工心理资本的影响前因以及作用机制,在此基础上,对心理资本后续研究的热点问题与发展趋势进行展望并提出建议。 Currently, as propelled by economic globalization and the background of cultural differences, a systematic study for employee’s psychological capital is an important means and the key point for an enterprise to fully understand and control enterprise of human resource and provide the cor-responding management strategies. Based on the comprehensive review of present situation re-search of psychological capital in this field, this article concludes and organizes the definition, di-mension and measuring method of psychological capital. This paper discusses separately the an-tecedent and the function of employee’s psychological capital from individual and organization; on this basis, the paper points out the hot topics and the future development tendency of psychological capital research and suggestions are put forward.
