Abstract

This study was conducted through theoretical consideration on the effect of managers' communication styles on rapport formation and management performance. The subjects of the study were 207 parents of Taekwondo studio trainees and analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS. As a result of the study, it was found that the manager's communication style had a static effect on rapport formation, and the manager's communication style had a static effect on sustainability. In addition, the formation of rapport with managers and trainee parents affected the sustainability. Therefore, Taekwondo studio managers should recognize the importance of communication style when consulting with trainee parents and try to form a rapport with trainee parents. This is because it is an important factor in the management performance of the Taekwondo gym.
