Abstract
曾作为新闻业铁律的新闻真实原则正变得日益“令人困惑”。本文在厘清新闻真实的相关讨论之后,引入网络化的视角,以深度伪造为研究对象,重新审视新闻真实实践。研究提出将新闻真实看作一个开放的、动态的“网络”,网络不断发生着“去中心化”和“再中心化”的动态变化。网络中主体多元,不同主体作为节点,各节点通过展示自身能力来提升自己的地位。网络中节点的主要行动逻辑为“循迹”,“迹”主要指数字痕迹。数字痕迹作为证据,通过建立公开透明的分布式记录并接受公众共识机制的监督开展“循证实践”,凸显了技术物的能动性。
