Abstract

The article deals with the formation of spirituality and health culture to achieve physical health. The statements of scientists about the culture of health are given. Health culture is an indicator that indicates how a young person implements the conditions of life around him for his health. Its components are: sufficient physical activity; hardening; rational and natural nutrition; adherence to the day; personal hygiene; rejection of bad habits. Thus, one of the aspects of the problem of a harmoniously developed personality is self-creation, that is, the creation of oneself as an individual, the attitude towards health as the highest spiritual and physical value of human life and the most important factor of self-development and self-improvement. Its task is to help a person to determine the hierarchy of values, in which the dominant role will be occupied by the culture of health and the education of oneself as individuals, which will contribute to the harmonious realization of spiritual, social and biological essence. The program of forming a culture of health should be a comprehensive program of formation of knowledge, attitudes, personal orientations and norms of behavior. All this ensures the preservation and strengthening of the physical, psychological, spiritual and health culture of students in an educational institution as one of the valuable components that contribute to the cognitive and emotional development of the student. When shaping a culture of personal health, it is necessary to ensure a balanced system of pedagogical influence on its spiritual, cultural, intellectual and practical activities. The culture of personal health is a multi-component education and expresses the individual's emotional-axiological attitude to personal and public health, which requires its directed formation. It goes on to say that the culture of health should be a comprehensive program, where knowledge, attitudes, personal guidelines and norms of behavior will be formed, and not only practical skills. All this will ensure the preservation and strengthening of physical, psychological, spiritual and health culture of students in Higher education as one of the valuable components that contribute to the cognitive and emotional development of the modern student.
