Abstract
The article considers the development and implementation of combined electrostatic bag filters for cleaning flue gases from fly ash in coal-fired thermal power plants. Brief information on the design and operation principles of modern high-performance electrostatic and bag filters is provided, which allows us to understand the features of the processes in combined electrostatic bag filters. The positive aspects of the ... combined bag filters technology are noted and the negative experience of their implementation at filtration rates significantly exceeding the filtration rate in traditional bag filters is given. Recommendations on the development of combined electrostatic bag filters are given.
