Abstract

The monograph is devoted to a complex of theoretical and applied problems of criminal liability for unlawful impact on critical information infrastructure (Article 274.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Along with general theoretical issues, foreign criminal legislation and provisions of international law are subjected to in-depth analysis. The paper presents a refined criminal-legal characteristic of the unlawful impact on the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, including in the light of the latest novelties of Russian criminal legislation, scientifically based recommendations on qualification are developed.
