Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the influence of modes of drying of the liquid dispersion products (not prone to gelation) on substrates at a critical and equilibrium moisture content and diffusion coefficient. The formulas for calculating the values of the first critical moisture content and estimation of quasi-equilibrium moisture content is presented. The estimation of the magnitude of the diffusion coefficient on the periods of the drying process is given. Presented the influence of the drying modes on the type of the emerging kinetic curves.
