Abstract

The article presents the results of the experiment and analysis of professional experience at the university in terms of empowerment of teachers in cultural and leisure activities. The main components and content-meaning-filled with empowerment of teachers of high school teachers in the cultural and leisure activities in the form of a conceptual model. The conceptual model is implemented in the plane of cultural and leisure activities and represents the unity of the theoretical and methodological, forward-target, subject-substantive, organizational, technological and diagnostic-efficient units. Design model was based on the following methodological approaches: system-synergy, praxeological, and socio-cultural akmeologicheskij that comprehensively reflect different aspects of self-development teacher of high school in the cultural and leisure activities.
