Abstract
Currently, there are many models of polymerase chain reaction, some of which provide quantitative estimates of reaction components kinetics. At the same time, there are no models that allow to calculate the kinetics of reaction components when it is carried out under conditions that differ from optimal ones. In this work, a model of the polymerase chain reaction, which makes it possible to describe the kinetics of reaction components and products at a nonoptimal temperature at elongation stage is proposed. The model is based on a mathematical description of enzyme functioning in suboptimal conditions, that takes into account the inhibition of enzyme activity by the reaction product.
