Abstract
The purpose of the study is to study information and communication support of medical and health tourism and identify the main directions of its digitalization. The influence of the pandemic on the development of tourism is considered and the concept of a new normality (reality) is described. It is shown that in the conditions of the new reality, the requirements for information support of tourism, including medical and health tourism products, are fundamentally changing. In the context of a pandemic, the population’s need to receive not only high-quality medical and health-improving services, but also their high-quality information and communication support, is increasing. It is shown that the digital provision of medical and health tourism should be focused on all participants in the tourism market, including medical and health centers, tour operators and travel agency companies, tourists receiving medical and health tourism products.
