Abstract

Results of examination and treatment of 142 patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure in Saint-Petersburg Research Institute for Emergency Care n.a. I. I. Dhanelidze submitted. Part of them were prescribed medications with immunomodulating and anti-inflammatory properties to manage elements of systemic inflammation syndrome. Positive effect of such medications during in-hospital period of time probably continuing to long-time prognosis.
