Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify and present the signs and symptoms of new Islamic civilization by thematic analysis; Modern Islamic civilization is an Islamic phenomenon and requires Islamic assumptions and methods for future research. Identifying signs of change is one of the surveillance methods in futurology. In Islamic futurology, in addition to paying attention to the evidence, one must believe in other factors affecting human life and, most importantly, believe in divine promises. Although the extension process of Islamic civilization has not yet become a completely obvious process, it has signs and symptoms that are very likely to occur in the future from the perspective of experts. Most of the people who emphasize the new Islamic civilization are the leaders of the Islamic Revolution and they are the ones who lead the orientations of the Islamic Revolution both theoretically and practically; Therefore, the signs of the formation of a new Islamic civilization can be observed and inferred in the spiritualties and thought of the province through research and study. Correct identification of the signs of change helps the officials and managers of the institutions and organizations of the country and the system to lead the affairs towards the desired future. When the new Islamic civilization is being formed, the institutions and organizations of different countries must be able to compete and operate at the level of civilization, in other words, they need to be build themselves a civilization. Revolutionary and Islamic institutions and organizations, despite these signs, must be prepared for the role.
