Abstract

The summary In this article, on the example of a specific clinical case is discussed a variant for addressing the problems of adaptation to removable structures in patients with complete loss of teeth with unfavor???able clinical conditions in the lower jaw and the phenomena of intolerance of removable structures. There was discussed the method of prosthetics in the lower jaw with irregular atrophy of bone tissue using cylindrical implants with spherical abutments for fixing the laminar denture. The main feature of this prosthetics is the technique of setting artificial teeth by Alessio Casucci – Alessandro Ielasi, allowing to achieve high aesthetic and functional results.
