Abstract

The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between inclusive leadership perceived by hotel employees and psychological safety 2) the relationship between inclusive leadership perceived by hotel employees and job performance 3) the relationship between psychological safety and job performance 4) mediating effect of hotel employee’s perception of psychological safety. To achieve these purposes, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by hotel employees. The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that inclusive leadership perceived by hotel employees has a positive effect on psychological safety and job performance. Second, hotel employee’s perception of psychological safety has a positive effect on the job performance. Third, it has been found that the hotel employee’s perception of psychological safety mediating effects between inclusive leadership perceived by hotel employees and job performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the ways in which the hotel company 's performance can be increased through influential leadership in the hotel industry, and to present the influence and empirical model for hotel employees. and Based on the findings of this study and their implications, we discuss the limitations of this study and suggest directions for future research.
