출산․가족 친화적 가치교육에 대한 교사 인식과 요구

Abstract

To tackle growing trend of aging society and low birth rate, it is important for the youth to have positive attitude towards marriage and birth by encouraging them to avoid excessive individual values and promote family values. During the course, school education plays a critical role, since one usually starts to attach values to family and community in elementary school and builds up responsibility for society in middle and high schools. To improve of birth and family friendly value education in the elementary and secondary schools, the survey has been carried out to teachers. This study composed of three parts.: According to the survey, (1) teacher awareness of status and causes of the ongoing trend of aging population and low birth rate was analyzed (2) and teacher awareness and need of birth and family friendly value education in the elementary and secondary schools were analyzed (3) we suggested ways to improve of birth and family friendly value education in the elementary and secondary schools in line with the ongoing trend.
