The purpose of this study is to suggest service design of AI-based interactive legal consultation solving problems in the legal consultation process. After reviewing the previous research on legal services, information asymmetry, and legal tech, in-depth interviews and idea workshops with stakeholders were conducted and the service concept focused on explaining legal terms, providing similar cases and predictive information, and highlighting key points was created. The service concept was verified by stakeholders in the form of a mobile prototype. This study is significant in that it presents service design of AI-based consultation by reflecting the needs of various stakeholders, and can be the basis for legal tech services in the future.
