The most characteristic are the styles of behavior in the conflict of avoidance and rivalry, a moderate level of personal anxiety, a high level of reactive (situational) anxiety. Low level of general self-regulation, variability of plans, difficulties in defining goals and programs of action, assessment of the current situation, lack of flexibility and stability of performance criteria. The prospect of further research is to identify the psychological characteristics of the relationship between individual and psychological characteristics of tank crew members by levels of manifestation of their reliability.
