Abstract

SummaryThe purpose of the work is to study the organizational foundations andorganization of the provision of medical care of a therapeutic profile in the system ofmedical evacuation measures for medical support of the Armed Forces (AF) of Ukraine.Materials and methods. Reference materials, reports and statistical medicalreports on medical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the anti-terroristoperation and the operation of the Joint Forces (ATO/JFO) in eastern Ukraine wereused. Research methods: statistical, bibliographic, analytical, systems approach,generalization. The object of the research is a system of medical evacuation measuresfor medical support of the AF of Ukraine. The subject of the research is the organizationof the provision of medical care of a therapeutic profile.Results. The organizational foundations of the provision of medical care of atherapeutic profile in a special period, the amount and structure of sanitary losses of atherapeutic profile during ATO/JFO, the organization of the provision of medical careof a therapeutic profile in the system of medical evacuation measures of medical supportof the AF of Ukraine are stated. It is noted that the provision of medical care of atherapeutic profile in combat conditions is not limited to the provision of therapeuticcare within the framework of qualified, specialized and highly specialized medical care.Medical assistance of a therapeutic profile in the system of medical and evacuationmeasures is provided at all levels of medical support, from the battlefield to the fourthlevel of medical support.Conclusions. In the conditions of ATO/JFO, as well as contemporary wars andarmed conflicts of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the general structure ofsanitary losses is dominated by sanitary losses of a therapeutic profile, namely somaticpatients, as well as military personnel with reactive states. Sanitary losses of atherapeutic profile are «more promising» for the return of servicemen to military unitsfrom the advanced stages of medical evacuation close to the areas of ATO / JFO, whichis confirmed by the quantitative indicators of the operation of military mobile hospitals(VMH), as well as military medical institutions at the third level medical support.
