Abstract

The present paper aimed at regulating the Paragmatic Teaching, determining its role in the teaching of the Arabic language, and exploring the linguistic bases of the Paragmatic Teaching of oral communication skills in Arabic teaching programs for non-Arabic speakers. And building a list of oral communication skills in the light of Paragmatic Teaching. And clarifying the procedural procedure of teaching the verbal communication skills in the programs of teaching Arabic to other speakers. The research sought to answer a number of questions about Paragmatic Teaching, the research concluded to develop a list of oral communication skills in the light of Paragmatic Teaching within many axes, the first axis: the Paragmatic Teaching structure of the speaker, the second axis: the deliberative relationship between the speaker and the listener. The third axis: the linguistic elements of Paragmatic Teaching in the speech.
