Abstract

The article analyzes the ways to improve the organization of personnel management of tourism enterprises in the light of modern requirements for specialists. The model of the organizational structure of personnel management is investigated. The criteria of the effectiveness of this management in the context of the organization of the tourism business are identified. The tools contributing to efficiency improvement are described. The purpose of the study is to find ways to improve the organization of personnel management, taking into account the specifics of the industry. The main criteria of efficiency are highlighted, the main directions of improvement of work with personnel are outlined. As a theoretical and methodological basis, the research of modern Russian authors in the field of management, organization of work with personnel, as well as effective management in the field of tourism business is used.
