Abstract
This article deals with the issues based on the formation and development of national ballet in Uzbekistan from the 30s of the XIX century to the present day, as well as the expression of the image of a national hero on the national ballet stage. The article also focuses on ballet performances, which have become an important event in the theatrical life of Uzbekistan. Uzbek national ballets are based on rich national folklore.
