Abstract
aim of the conducted research work was the determination of the location of the reclamation projects in the system design, land surveying and initial permits for the construction of oil and pipelines. Objectives of the research work: analysis of the current legislation concerning the remediation landscape in the construction of the pipeline facilities; identification of the causes of land disputes in the delivery of remediated land of their own-owners; development of recommendations on improvement of the design and construction of land reclamation during construction of the pipeline facilities. main methods of the research are of General scientific methods. Results of the research work: 1. needing of update and conform with current legislation of The main provisions about land reclamation, removal, preservation and rational use of the fertile soil layer. 2. necessary to improve of legislation on land reclamation at the state level as the most important task for the conservation of soil cover. 3. environmental assessment reclamation projects not currently performed. 4. For increase the responsibility of construction organizations is need to increase penalties for violation of the requirements a reclamation. 5. recommended to approve projects reclamation with the owner of land that will be construction.6. quality assessment performed reclamation works in applicable law is absent, and because needed have an agreement with the owner of the lands. absence of a positive conclusion of state environmental and land use expert on reclamation project will be positive argument in defense of the rights of the owner of the land. 7. To certify the fact of production reclamation works it is necessary to formalize the acceptance of delivery by contacting the administration of the municipality at the place of production of construction activities with the request for the establishment of a working Committee for receive a reclamation works.
