Abstract

The current state of the legislation regulating investment activity in the priority sectors of the Russian economy is analyzed. The key aspects of attracting foreign direct investment in the Russian economy, including direct investment (FDI) from China, are studied. The analysis of regulation of investment activity in priority sectors of the economy on the example of China experience is given. Proposals have been developed to improve domestic legislation regulating investment activities in priority sectors of the economy, taking into account the experience of China. Conclusions and suggestions can be used in law-enforcement practice of public authorities. The monograph was prepared based on the results of research carried out at the expense of budget funds on the state task of the financial University in 2017. This monograph is made within the research of the scientific school of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation "State regulation of entrepreneurial activity".
