Abstract
The article actualizes the problems of vocational guidance activities with modern students. The author approaches the solution of this problem by identifying the specifics of the new generation Z and the features of career guidance counseling in accordance with this specific. The structure of the model of career guidance counseling has been developed and described, which is revealed in its phase and stages.
