Abstract
Представлены результаты анализа исходов беременностей у 4 носителей перицентрической инверсии inv(9)(p24q32) и сравнительный анализ с опубликованными случаями носителей inv(9)(p24q34.1) и inv(9)(p22q32). Показано, что патология репродукции в изученной когорте пациентов с протяженными (>50%) инверсиями хромосомы 9 в кариотипе включает спонтанные аборты (собственные наблюдения) и рождение жизнеспособного потомства с комбинированным хромосомным дисбалансом rec(9)dup(q)/del(p) (опубликованные случаи). Published cases of inv(9)(p24q34.1) and inv(9)(p22q32) carriers were analyzed. Pregnancies outcomes of the patients with large (>50%) chromosome 9 inversions include a miscarriages (our cases) and live born children with combined chromosomal unbalance rec(9)dup(q)/del(p) (published data).
