Abstract
과거 중소기업들은 사내에 업무 자동화시스템을 종류별로 각각 운영하여 왔으나 현재는 언제 어디서나 외부환경에서 접속가능한 웹기반 기술을 이용하여 통합 ERP 정보화시스템으로 거듭나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 00중소기업을 사례로 ERP 정보를 실시간으로 고객에게 제공하고 공사현장에서도 사내 업무를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있도록 웹기반 ERP 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축결과, 여러 가지 정량적인 평가를 통해 고객의 불만 해소, 업무 생산성 향상, 경제적 절감 등의 시스템의 효율성과 고객들의 만족도 등을 검증하여 보았다. At past, but smaller enterprises had operated each business automation system about office, at present, are making use of integration ERP information system that take advantage of accessible web technology in outside environment. In this research we took smaller enterprise's example, constructed ERP system that real-time processing is available to supply ERP information to customer by real time and to handle business in outside site. With construction result of this system, we verified efficiency of system and customers' satisfaction etc of customer's complaint solution, business productivity elevation, economical curtailment and so on through various kinds quantitative estimation.
