Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is leading to unprecedented changes in various aspects of our lives, including the physical and mental well-being of children. With the implementation of lockdowns, closure of activities in schools and restrictions on outdoor activities, children’s physical opportunities are significantly disrupted. This article explores the pandemic’s research on children’s physical health and highlights the importance of addressing this issue. Examines the role of the teacher in achieving good sports physical and social-emotional skills and competencies.
