Abstract

This research is based on the influence on job satisfaction that positive attitudes of golf caddies have. A research/question device asked 8 general questions, 11 positive attitude question and 17 job satisfaction questions. Each set of questions were analyzed using Likert Scale 5. The samples were golf caddies who were judged by judgement sampling. The 287 sample members were analyzed using SPSS WIN 19.0. The descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis functions were all used to analyze the data. The statistical significance level is the p.05 level. The results are as follows.BR First, sub-factors such as diversification of static attitude, self-affirmation gender, socio positive gender, showed positive effects on the employee’s performance.BR Second, sub-factors such as diversification of static attitude, self-affirmation gender, socio positive gender, showed positive effects on intrinsic job satisfactionBR Third, sub-factors of self-affirmation gender showed that having a positive attitude had a positive effect on external job satisfaction
